Went with friends for dinner. Table was dirty when seated. Instead of seating us at another table, a busboy used a squirt bottle and sprayed the table and cleaned it in front of us. Well we had a nice shower before our dinner. Our food was terrible. The services was awful and will not be going there any time soon. Sorry Toscani was one of our favorite place to dine.

We decided to try their Easter Brunch..I am not a picky eater, so I usually have no problems even when the food is sub par. The setup they had for Easter was very non-user friendly and hard to get to. There was very little selection of food, especially for Easter Brunch. The food at the buffet was very low quality and tasteless for being an Easter Brunch. I wold not recommend going to this establishment if you are looking for quality food. :(

I went here with my family because they had a gift card. The place is big and spacious. We made a reservation, but the place was pretty empty at 5pm on a Saturday. Our waitress was nice but was really trying too hard. My fiance was with my family and and she poked fun that he was the troublemaker of the family towards my parents. She wouldn't give up until someone answered. It was a bit awkward. I ordered the crab cake sandwich because it came with Parmesan truffle fries. My fiance ordered the lasagna and so I snatched his Caesar salad since he's not a salad person. The Caesar salad was good. It wasn't the best I've had, but the dressing was good. I didn't like how the dressing was just poured on top, though. It's a Caesar salad, you're supposed to coat the lettuce in the dressing. My entree left a lot to be desired, however. The crab cake was just drenched in lemon. I couldn't taste anything but lemon. Now, I get that I ordered a crab cake sandwich at a fake Italian restaurant, but it doesn't take a top chef to realize that you shouldn't drench a crab cake in lemon. A little goes a long way. The Parmesan truffle fries weren't special. Every other restaurant in which I've had Parmesan truffle fries beats this restaurant by far. My fiance said the lasagna was good but not great. It IS pretty hard to mess up lasagna. All in all, this place isn't worth it. I won't be back.

I pretty much joined Yelp just to share this experience. We went on a weekend night. Restaurant wasn't busy, and our section wasn't even full - just 3 tables of patrons in the entire room, including my table. We had a reservation. But we still waited 40 minutes after we sat down to even get water on our table. It was honestly like the entire restaurant staff neglected to come into the room. FORTY MINUTES - - - FORTY ACTUAL MINUTES - - - until I had a glass of water on my table. We saw our actual waitress maybe 4 times throughout the entire night, and each time, she was exasperated, annoyed, and wasn't really paying attention to anything. Thinking it was just a waitress problem, I had to eventually talk to management after an hour and a half (it got to the point where we were timing it), who finally came over and filled our waters. But talking to the manager didn't even help! Several orders went in incorrectly, and we weren't eating until about 100ish minutes into the time we sat down. By eating, I mean simple appetizers and bread. Tables around us were unhappy as well. Ridiculous. Honestly, we should've gotten a free meal out of it. If you're in the area, go to Austins down the road instead - I have never, ever been disappointed there. Don't waste your time here. They need to go back to catering because they obviously cannot handle a moderate influx of customers on a weekend night in a metropolitan area.
